Triathlon Coach

Vicky retired as a Colonel in the Army Reserve after serving for 27 years.  During that time she became very involved in helping Soldiers reach their fitness potential. She became a Master Fitness Trainer and graduated with top honors in her class. Vicky has completed 6 marathons, 6 Ultras (her longest distance completed was 75 miles), countless Sprint Triathlons and many Olympic Triathlons. She has also completed a Half-Ironman and in 2009 did the full Ironman Triathlon in Panama City Beach with a time of 13 hours 44 minutes. She obtained her NASM Personal Trainer certification in 2007.  She has coached over 40 people to complete their first triathlon or improve their previous ones.  Vicky is a Certified Swim Coach and teaches all levels of swimming, from Parent/Child classes starting at 8 months old to adult competitive swimming and everything in between.  She coached High School Swimming for many years and does mostly private and small group instruction now.  Vicky is also a Certified CPR trainer.  See the CPR Training tab for details.
